Planned Giving

We encourage you to consider Congregation Shalom as a beneficiary in your estate plan, whether as a beneficiary under a will, living trust, charitable trust, retirement plan, insurance policy or other estate planning vehicle.

Whether you wish to donate an unrestricted gift, support our Endowment Fund or contribute toward capital or other designated need, youe planned gift demonstrates a commitment to supporting Congregation Shalom in perpetuity. Congregation Shalom accepts gifts of cash, stock, bonds, insurance policies and other assets. When determining the best way to leave a legacy to Shalom, a variety of options are available. Some of the most commonly used approaches include:

  • Bequests

  • Charitable Remainder Trust

  • Charitable Loan Trust
